- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

We currently ship to:
- All Emirates within the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- Selected international countries (if applicable)

3. Estimated Delivery Time
UAE Deliveries
- Standard Delivery: 2–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 3–10 business days
International Deliveries
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier services.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Product weight and dimensions
- Courier charges
We may offer:

- Flat-rate shipping

All shipping costs are displayed before payment confirmation.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services within the UAE for eligible orders.

- Someone is available to receive the package
- Payment is ready at delivery time
Repeated failed COD orders may result in future COD restrictions.
6. Order Tracking

7. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

8. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address is provided:

9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damaged items/packaging if applicable

10. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.
- We are not responsible for customs delays.
11. Refused or Unclaimed Orders
If an order is refused or remains unclaimed:
- Shipping and return fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
- Re-delivery charges may apply.
